Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of localpostpack.com and the Local Post Pack subscription service, provided by MorroWay Workforce Solutions (“we,” “us”), 1755 Broadway FRONT 3 #1123, New York, NY 10019. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Local Post Pack provides monthly packs of social media content, which may include captions, hashtags, graphics, video scripts, Google Business Profile posts, and a posting calendar, depending on your plan. Plan contents are described on our pricing page. Unless you are on a plan that includes scheduling and you give us access, you are responsible for publishing the posts.
2. Free sample
We may offer 3 free sample posts before you subscribe. No payment details are required, and there is no obligation to buy.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment processor, Stripe. Current plans are Starter ($59/month), Growth ($149/month), and Done-For-You ($299/month).
- By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month. There is no long-term contract.
- Applicable sales tax may be added where required.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. New prices apply from your next billing date after the notice period.
- If a payment fails, we may pause delivery until it is resolved.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@localpostpack.com or through any billing link we provide. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to the current month’s pack, and service continues through the end of the period you have paid for. Because work starts when a billing period begins, payments already made are generally non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong and we will try to make it right.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, services, prices, and offers.
- Only send us logos, photos, and materials you have the right to use.
- Review each post before it is published. You are responsible for the accuracy of any offers, prices, and claims, and for following the rules of each social media platform.
- If you give us access to an account or scheduling tool, you can remove that access at any time.
6. Revisions
Each plan includes the revision rounds described in our plan details. Requests beyond the plan scope may be handled at our discretion.
7. Ownership and license
Once a month is paid for, you may use the posts delivered for that month for your business, including after you cancel. Your own materials remain yours. Templates, tools, and methods we use to make posts remain ours. Some graphics may use licensed stock elements or AI-generated imagery, which remain subject to their own license terms.
8. No guaranteed results
We work to create useful, on-brand content, but we do not guarantee any specific number of followers, likes, leads, customers, search rankings, or sales.
9. Acceptable use
We may decline or stop work on content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or actions taken by third-party platforms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end the service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay, with notice where reasonable.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here, update the date above, and email current customers about significant changes.
