- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business details, logos, photos, and other content you send through our forms or by email.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as your name, email, billing address, plan, and the last four digits of your card. Stripe’s use of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Account access you grant: on the Done-For-You plan, if you choose to give us access to a scheduling tool or social account, we use it only to load and schedule your posts.
- Automatically collected data: like most websites, our site and hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data, and may use cookies.
2. How we use information
- To create, deliver, and revise your social media posts
- To process subscription payments and manage your account
- To reply to your questions and send service emails, such as pack deliveries and reminders
- To send occasional marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time
- To keep our website secure and improve it

We use software tools, including AI-assisted writing and design tools, to help prepare your posts. Your materials may be processed by these tools for that purpose only.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as Stripe for payments, and our email, hosting, file-storage, and design tools), when required by law, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
4. Your content
Logos, photos, and other materials you send us remain yours. We use them only to make your posts. We will not show your business’s posts as examples of our work without your permission.
5. Data retention
We keep your information while you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward to handle questions, records, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your materials at any time, subject to records we must keep by law, such as billing records.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to hello@localpostpack.com.
- Ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Control cookies through your browser settings.
